Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item via email or phone.
• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

❗Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at info@ourownmarbles.com or call +91 96330 48679 within 3 days of delivery.
• Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

• We will arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges upon verification.
• Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
• In case of prepaid orders, full refunds will be provided including shipping (if applicable).
• In case of COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank details for NEFT transfer.

5. Replacements

If stock is available, we may offer you a replacement instead of a refund, especially for damaged or defective items.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
• To cancel, email us or call us as soon as possible after placing your order.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may proceed with a return after delivery (if eligible).
